Wonderbound

My exploration of neurodiversity began within my own family. As I sought to better understand those I love, I gradually recognized some of these differences in myself. This discovery led me to view neurodiversity not only through its challenges, but also through its strengths and sensitivities. The raccoon symbolizes attention to detail. Curious and meticulous, it explores its surroundings with particular care. Where others see the big picture, it seems to linger on the small things—the textures and details that might easily go unnoticed. Through the raccoon, I want to represent this ability to notice small details—those that may seem insignificant to some, but which, when taken together, make the world so much richer.
