Consciousness

*Conscience* explores the twists and turns of the mind and that strange ability we have to observe ourselves thinking, feeling, and existing. The shape of the face, fragmented like a puzzle, evokes an identity that is built and discovered piece by piece. The labyrinth running through it extends this idea of a mind that searches, gets lost, turns inward, and tries to understand its own depth. At the center, the eye watches. It embodies that moment when a human becomes a witness to themselves—when they are no longer content merely to exist, but begin to consciously observe what is happening within them. We then cease trying to escape the labyrinth, realizing that the labyrinth is ourselves. Consciousness here is neither pure nor tranquil. It is alive, tortuous, vibrant, and sometimes painful. To truly see oneself requires confronting what lies behind our own gaze, but it is also from this confrontation that a form of clarity can emerge.
