Synergy

I don’t go into an encounter empty-handed. I arrive with what I’ve been through. With what I’ve stopped running from. With what I’ve held onto until it became a way of being, of seeing, of acting. Others arrive with their own expectations. Other ways of understanding. Other ways of doing things. Then the lines stop brushing against one another. They take turns. What was carried separately finds support and becomes available. Differences take on a new function. They become the foundation upon which something greater can stand. Synergy gives shape to a power that no single presence could produce on its own. The zebras embody a collaboration in which each distinct quality remains active, while contributing to a shared strength. Their pattern catches the eye, then shifts the perspective. When brought together, the forms blur, protect one another, and become something more than a simple sum of individual presences. Difference does not disappear: it becomes a resource. In the Explore series, this work marks a vibrant culmination. What had been explored, clarified, and consolidated up to that point emerges from a single trajectory and becomes available to a broader space. Synergy brings together separately developed elements and leads them toward a new capacity: to provide greater support together, without losing the uniqueness of their individual components.
