Memory believes Longer than (2024)

This abstract expressionist painting features thick layers of yellow acrylic paint applied over a white canvas. The heavy impasto and dynamic brushstrokes generate a textured surface that conveys raw energy and spontaneity--mirth in the acknowledgement of affection without harm. Without distinct figurative forms, the piece invites an intuitive interpretation, with the dominant yellow hue illuminating the composition with vibrant light, evoking both intensity and renewal. The layered application creates a sense of movement and depth, reflecting an intense emotional exploration.
