This work by Lacosin Galerneb is the third in the trilogy “The Universe Experiencing Itself Through Us.” As with the first two, a central eye—representing the source of all consciousness (and the Universe)—appears to emit lines that emerge from the eyes of the human figures, illustrating the partial and temporary separation that we embody as individual consciousnesses. The fact that the lines emerge from the eyes illustrates an experience of reality solely through the senses. In the upper right, a line pierces the third eye of a human figure, illustrating an alternative and complementary way of experiencing reality. Floating elements, evoking symbols or entities, are pierced and connected to the eye by thin lines symbolizing other forms of consciousness. The background is divided into geometric sections with bright, contrasting colors, reinforcing the visionary and psychedelic aspect of the composition.
