Grillby

It still takes a great deal of skill to remain constantly ablaze while staying as stable as possible in the room. Grillby is a custom private commission inspired by the character Grillby from the Undertale universe. This piece is presented as a completed project and is not part of the shop’s regular inventory. The painting was developed through detailed discussions about the atmosphere, color palette, and specific elements to be incorporated. Eggplant purple and bright yellow served as anchor colors to structure the scene, balancing warmth, mystery, and stability. At the center, the figure serves as a calm focal point in a space filled with bottles, reflections, and colorful accents. Warm pinks, bright yellows, deep purples, and touches of turquoise give the whole composition a luminous, dense, and vibrant presence. Certain details, chosen in consultation with the collector—including a subtle nod to Sans on a bottle—are seamlessly integrated into the scene, giving this piece its unique character.
