Description
Thomas F. Rawdon's painting depicts a vintage red Jaguar car from a frontal perspective, rendered in an abstract style characterized by impacted angular shapes and bold color blocks. The composition emphasizes contrasts between reds, blacks, and hints of shimmering silver leaf & gray and blue, generating a dynamic yet enigmatic mood. The artistic treatment highlights the worn and distorted structure of the vehicle, suggesting a visual memory connected to the passage of time and a sense of nostalgia.
