Viola

For this series of small paintings, I drew inspiration from the flowers I come across in my surroundings. Whether in people’s flower beds (lol), on the streets of Montreal, or during an outing in nature, they each have their own charm and unique beauty. The eye evokes a connection with what we see; the iris, a memory of it.
