Beneath the Canopy of Dreams

This work by Patrick Richard depicts a vibrant landscape where an explosion of warm colors—ranging from red to orange, yellow, and green—forms a luminous, almost surreal canopy. In contrast, the deep green of the ground envelops small human figures who seem to lose themselves in this dreamlike garden. The richness of the textures, the play of light, and the interplay between abstraction and figuration invite the viewer to escape into a poetic universe where nature becomes a place of contemplation, freedom, and wonder.
