National Essence of China

I enjoy watching Beijing opera Which is widely regarded and accepted officially as the cultural essence of China. The beautiful costumes and melodies escape me away from the mundane world into a sanctuary in which my soul can perch. My mind and heart fluctuates with the music and narrative intoxicatingly thus forgetting about all the negativity in my life. What a beautiful self healing moment to listen to the opera in a relaxed way. In the ecstatic imagination the singer has transformed into a fairy angel floating up and up and away into the dreamlike clouds slowly moving through the legendary sacred mountains.
