Description
Sage Reynolds' abstract painting features a minimalist composition with bold geometric shapes. The deep blue background contrasts sharply with diagonal black and yellow stripes, suggesting a textured surface or stylized landscape. A floating green oval in the shaped like of the outline of a head hovers above, what might be considered a symbol for city streets, introduces a sense of lightness and motion. The oil painting, characterized by smooth, flat color areas. The overall mood is serene and reflective, encouraging open interpretation. The painting is also effective if it were hung vertically with the oval on the right side, it will give a slightly different emotional signal when the head is vertical.
