Girard Township, in hibernation

This acrylic painting on canvas depicts a stylized winter landscape in which a row of colorful houses with snow-covered roofs stands out against a backdrop of white birch trees. The sky, with its deep shades of blue, green, and brown, evokes a vibrant nocturnal atmosphere. The composition blends figuration and abstraction, with simplified forms and expressive brushstrokes that highlight the texture of the snow and the intensity of the light. The work exudes an atmosphere that is both warm and mysterious, characteristic of the artist’s unique style.
