Chantal Davignon is a contemporary Quebec artist whose practice in collage and mixed media explores the connections between humans, biodiversity, and the transformations of our environment. Working with hand-painted papers that she carefully cuts and assembles, she creates figurative works where a vibrant aesthetic, inspired by naïve art, stands in contrast to urgent environmental issues.
