Description
Part of the Intervals series. Based on a personal system translating musical notes into colour relationships, the work explores harmony through colour rather than sound. Built through multiple translucent layers and polished optical surfaces, the painting shifts with changing light and viewing angle. The warm lower field references the resonance of wood and musical instruments, while the luminous blue register behaves like a sustained tone suspended in space. Neither image nor landscape, the work functions as a visual interval - an encounter between colour, frequency and light.
