PickArt shows you artworks one at a time: keep the ones that speak to you, dismiss the rest. Sixteen choices are enough for the tool to read your taste and point you to the closest artists. You do not need to describe what you want or know anything about art beforehand.

Every painting we sell is a one-off piece, made and signed by a living artist we represent. We do not sell mass-produced reproductions. When a work is offered as a print, the listing says so plainly and names the artist behind the original.

Yes. The whole catalogue is available online and we ship worldwide, in 3 to 10 working days, with packaging built around the piece. Walking into one of our Montreal galleries is a pleasure, never a condition of buying.

Prices depend on size, technique and the artist. Every listing shows its price and dimensions, so nothing is quoted after the fact.

You describe the wall, its surface and the effect you are after. We put forward the artists whose style matches, then send a quote before any sketch begins. Our artists have painted 1200 murals around the world, on company lobbies and living room walls alike.

We run two galleries in Montreal, open every day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. One sits at 163 Saint-Paul Street West in Old Montreal, the other at 4455 Saint-Denis Street in the Plateau Mont-Royal. Entry is free and no appointment is needed.

We exist so that an artist reaches buyers beyond their own city. Your work is listed for an audience we ship to worldwide, and shown in two physical galleries. L'Original is a non-profit organisation: sales exist first to keep the artists we represent working. Applications are filed online in a few minutes, wherever your studio is, and we look at the work itself rather than at a résumé.
