This Portrait is an Artwork that was commissioned by a lady as a gift for her husband on the jubilee anniversary of their marriage. I drew it from a photograph specially chosen by this lady, in which she captured her husband specifically in this position. I drew every facial feature that expresses this person's character. It is easier to draw when there is only one light source and the face has both light and shadow. This type of Portrait is called: — «Individual Portrait», which is the simplest type of Portrait that I draw. It is a Portrait of one person without hands, showing only the head down to the shoulders or only with the shoulders — commissioned and hand-drawn by me from a photograph. I specialise in drawing custom hand-drawn Realistic Portraits, using professional-quality coloured pencils or watercolor on special Fine Art paper. Each Individual Portrait is personally drawn by me, with special attention to every detail, to expressively render a faithful likeness, the natural facial expression, personality and character of the person. The person who commissions such a Portrait must agree that the completed Artwork, signed with my name, may be publicly posted on my professional Website as well as on my social media platforms. Every Artwork of this type is: — 100% Authentic Hand-Drawn — (NEVER AI-generated, digitally painted or printed). I draw it using traditional Fine Arts techniques that I learned many years ago. An Individual Portrait can be a precious and timeless keepsake, preserving the face and personality of a loved person in an Original Work of Art. The Portrait is commissioned and drawn based on high-quality photographs provided by the client. I use only professional materials to ensure both authentic artistic quality and lasting durability. After I complete the Portrait, I attach it to a white plastic board as a support so that the sheet does not bend or form creases. The working process for such an Individual Portrait takes 7–10 days, after which the client can collect it from my Art Workshop or, in some cases, I can personally deliver it to the client if it is in the Montreal area. The client can also receive a link to a Google Drive folder containing photographs of the entire working process as well as some video clips.
