The Standard of Purity (version 3)

The third series in "Accessible Art" Created for a gallery event. "The Standard of Purity" is another take on my duck gun boats, mocking the idea of White Christian Nationalism. 4 series were created with 10 different versions on each theme. The artwork "The Standard of Purity" features a large, whimsical yellow rubber duck with exaggerated black eyes and an open beak, rendered in a painterly style. The duck is equipped with mechanical elements, including three metallic gun barrels protruding from its side, spraying water and bubbles. The background consists of layered circular patterns and text, creating a textured, almost chaotic atmosphere. The color palette includes warm yellows, reds, and muted greens, contributing to a surreal and absurd mood that balances playful imagery with darker, mechanical undertones.
