And It Keeps On Happening

An exploration of the rise and fall of civilization from the mind of Jerre Teague. A student of Art, Archaeology and Psychology, his works tend towards exploration of shape and cultural archetypes in a visual language that invites the viewer to weave their own narratives. This vibrant, maximalist painting features a chaotic assemblage of abstract and surreal forms rendered in bold, contrasting colors including blues, yellows, reds, and purples. The composition is densely packed with whimsical, mechanical shapes, fragmented figures, and symbolic elements that float and collide across the canvas. The artist employs a dynamic, layered technique that evokes a sense of overwhelming disorder, while maintaining an underlying balance between panic and perception. The overall mood is simultaneously playful and dark, inviting viewers to explore the complex interplay of absurdity and meaning within the visual chaos.
