The coordinates of the self

A face, like a territorial impulse, instinctive hieroglyphs resembling the coordinates of a place. Is this face, with its astonishing gentleness, a portrait of the artist? This female figure seems to await the future's discovery. She embodies the chance to live on our planet. She invites us to the absolute renewal of a fresh perspective on this world that has yet to be named. This face is a substance. There is a calligraphic world, a world of signs of a new archaism before our eyes. This canvas is an impulse of writing, of life, of a territory, the impulse of a quest that transcends the self, inviting us to consider the existence of an ecology of the line that brings our forms to life, that allows us to see them as we believe we see them, and to engage with colors.
