At its peak

This work depicts transformation and personal rebirth through a moving figure whose body seems to radiate shapes and colors. The partially pink face, the green thread composed of colorful circles emanating from the eye, and the beam of colors emerging from the mouth and extending to the outstretched arm graphically embody a process of change in which a new identity seems to gradually emerge. By contrasting the red sky and its brightly colored clouds with the figures passing through the character, the work captures the tension between the turbulence that accompanies transformation and the gradual emergence of a new version of the self.
