CrashSpotting presents a world that no longer collapses—it crashes. I wanted to subvert the iconic aesthetic of *Trainspotting* to turn it into a reversed manifesto, a brutal mirror held up to an era that has traded rebellion for weariness. The figures laugh, pose, and provoke. They embody what we could be, while my text tells the story of what we are becoming. It’s a slap in the face. A way of showing that resignation isn’t an accident, but a repeated, internalized, almost comfortable choice. The title *CrashSpotting* encapsulates the intention: to observe the crash—our own, that of systems, and that of illusions. My work does not seek to reassure. It shows what becomes of a society that chooses ease over lucidity, silence over noise, and abandonment over action. The crash is never sudden: it begins the day we stop making choices.
