I want to tell what the Voice can no longer tell, is a speculative work in pen on paper, reflecting on the presence and fading of oral tradition within us. What remains as the sediment of the tale? How does the ink remember the origin of forms? In a meditative trance, the artist allows himself to be carried away by the calligraphic dream. Not the kind that seeks the beautiful letter, but the moment of invention of designation through the very language of the paper, its encounter with reality, which itself speaks, and with the pen that remembers. Always, in this quest, the hand betrays thought, and the mind marvels. Such is the true meaning of calligraphy. To Wait.
