Terrace Day at Mont-Tremblant

This painting is the third in my naïve art series, continuing my family gatherings. I painted my children playing music on the terrace of the Saint-Jovite train station in Mont-Tremblant. I liked the idea of finding them there, surrounded by people, colours, and noise. As though music had always been part of the scenery. That is a little how I remember the Laurentians: family gathered together, a lively terrace, and a few notes lingering in the air.
