Monk.E is a Franco-Canadian artist from Quebec, a self-taught visionary known for a multidisciplinary approach to hip-hop that encompasses graffiti, rap, and poetry. A prominent figure in the Montreal scene for over a decade, he has earned recognition for both his artistic talent and his social commitments, including participation in the 2004 International Youth Parliament in Australia. Monk.E is celebrated in Quebec's hip-hop culture for his poignant prose and vibrant urban paintings. Since his early days with the K6A collective, he has consistently forged his own path, staying true to a singular artistic vision that defies industry norms. His art is driven by a need to reveal and share the unseen aspects of his inner world.

Monk-E, whose practice is connected with Drummondville, develops a visual world that can be followed from one wall to another.
