THE APPROACH

Rouks One is a Thai-Canadian Francophone muralist and painter, born in Bangkok, Thailand, and raised in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec. Active since 2013, he has developed an approach that blends the aesthetics of classical Fine Arts with subjects and a sensibility rooted in the contemporary world. Trained in academic drawing, anatomy, and classical painting from a young age, he primarily creates murals and large-scale works using spray paint and oil paint, with a strong focus on realism, contrast, and visual impact.
