The style of my creations varies from piece to piece. They are always developed from the same quest: luminosity. The process begins with an idea of the probability of colors, which will accentuate the chromatic light. This initial constraint, this "imposition," dictates each painting. They then become a memory, a city, a setting, a seabed, an emotion, and so on. This constraint is by no means limiting; it opens up a field of creative possibilities. The gestures are sometimes spontaneous and sometimes meticulous, always with the same goal: bursts of luminosity.
