Born in Lac-Saint-Jean, I have always had a deep appreciation for nature and the mysteries of the universe. Now a self-taught artist, I have developed my practice by exploring various painting techniques and participating in different artistic events. These enriching experiences fuel my artistic journey and reinforce my belief that art is a space for connection—both intimate and collective. My journey is guided by a quest for meaning and poetic expression, where each creation becomes a way to explore the subtle bonds that unite us with the cosmos. I draw my inspiration from the immensity of the universe, from what connects the sky to the living beings that inhabit it or brush against it: birds, butterflies—fragile messengers between the earthly and the cosmic—and angels. I deeply believe in the invisible bonds that unite us with the cosmos, in that subtle energy that flows through us and connects us to the infinitely vast. My recurring themes revolve around the universe, the sky, and the existential reflections that arise from them—the bearers of freedom and infinity. In my practice, I create pictorial works by exploring different techniques: pouring fluid acrylic, layering epoxy resin to reveal depth and transparency, and incorporating graphic and symbolic elements inspired by star charts. This combination allows me to give form to a visual language that is both dreamlike and spiritual. Through my creations, I hope to invite the viewer to feel the energy of the connection between nature and the universe, to perceive a subtle and vibrant form of spirituality that inhabits every flap of a wing and every fragment of a star.
