Mos Geez (born 1987) is a painter based in Montreal. Originally from the Laurentians, she moved to the city to study painting and drawing at Concordia University and at UQAM, where she deepened a practice rooted in gesture and material. Her sensitivity profoundly informs her pictorial research. When she paints, she lets her emotions, thoughts, and inner turmoil flow across the canvas unfiltered, in an intimate and authentic surge.
