Léo Therrien Tremblay (Léo TT) uses painting in a broad sense, adapting techniques and surfaces to her subject matter and accessibility, to reach a wide audience. Influenced by street culture, wild spaces, Australian makers, punk art, street art and masters such as Francis Bacon, David Lynch, Rembrandt and Edward Hopper, she has been practicing mural art for four years. An advocate of DIY, she values accidents, accurate lines and a paradoxical realism in which the artist is "the slave of his freedom".
