Artiste autodidacte, Anne-Marie Dionne a exposé ses tableaux au Québec, aux États-Unis et en France. Elle compte à son actif plusieurs expositions solo et collectives. C’est en 1995 qu’elle a choisi la peinture comme moyen d’expression et, depuis, elle a peint des centaines de tableaux.
