Description
Julien Granger's work features a tall, narrow metal panel with a richly textured surface combining warm rust tones and deep black hues. The central oxidized strip contrasts with the darker metallic border, emphasizing the raw materiality and the passage of time etched into the metal. The patina and surface irregularities evoke a conversation between memory and transformation, reflecting the artist's exploration of metal's expressive potential through forging techniques.
