Description
The artwork "Pliage" explores dynamic geometric shapes and contrasting textures. The textured background, composed of lines and patterns, is interrupted by angular elements that appear to emerge from the surface. This interaction between deep black and metallic hues creates visual tension, inviting the viewer to ponder the relationship between positive and negative space. The artist, a retired visual arts teacher, uses this piece to express a dialogue between structure and movement.
