Algoma Amber (2023)

One of the many photos taken during my trip on the train to Algoma Valley culminated in this beautiful warm painting, Algoma Amber. I had to climb the over 100 steps to the viewing platform to see across the valley and take in the spectacular view. Edited to express a more exciting composition, Algoma Amber features the river below, the mountains of the valley and the trees that dot the river. And of course, the morning light, a promise of a new day. The beautiful warm palette will glow on any wall and become a feature of your home. This original painting is 36” high and 36” wide with a depth of 1.5”. The artwork wraps halfway around the edges which are then finished in black. This provides a clean, finished, high-end look and makes the work ready to display without the need for a frame.
