Artwork Description
A piece made from recycled, glazed ceramics. The Grail conceals a red flower inside, supporting two small red floral crowns, which in turn hold a cracked egg. Turned upside down, the red crowns evoke drops of blood, introducing a darker and more visceral dimension to the piece. The piece is modular and invites the viewer to discover what is hidden within, revealing one element after another.
