My friends are so depressed

Alexander Slim's "Mes amis sont si déprimés" showcases abstract expressionism through a layered mix of thick brushstrokes, splatters, and graffiti-like marks. The painting features a fragmented face with striking, realistic eyes emerging from a vibrant, chaotic background. The color scheme blends ochres, greens, yellows, and dark tones, evoking a mood that is both intense and somber. This dynamic composition captures emotional depth within its abstract forms, inviting viewers into a complex visual narrative.
