Description
"Laideur d'Halloween" is a work that merges collage and painting elements, creating an intriguing and festive atmosphere. At its center, an illustration of a pumpkin-costumed child interacts with an owl, symbolizing strangeness and curiosity. The vibrant orange and black colors, accompanied by varied patterns, evoke the spirit of Halloween while questioning beauty and ugliness. The piece reflects themes of identity and alienation, characteristic of Alodys's practice.
