Stargate

Entitled The Star Gate, this piece stands out as one of my most assertive creations, evoking the influences of the Canadian Woodland style. Set against a vibrant background, celestial bodies and symbols converse across the cosmos, reflecting the power of a tandem rooted in both a spiritual and universal dimension. It is a deeply symbolic canvas that invites viewers to cross the boundaries of the visible and connect the earth to infinity. Technically, I created this painting by combining brush and knife work. The subtle alternation between glossy and matte paint finishes creates a rich, contrasting texture, offering a striking relief that highlights the full strength of the composition.
