L'Éveil du printemps (2026)

From the depths of winter, caught somewhere between slumber and awakening, stillness and movement, darkness and light. Painted in oils, this black-and-white portrait evokes the timeless cycle of the seasons, where every ending carries the promise of a beginning. There is something ancient in this passage from death to renewal, a rhythm as old as the earth itself. Like Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring, it speaks of nature's raw and untamed power, of the struggle, sacrifice, and restless energy that herald the return of life. Winter yields. The earth awakens. And the cycle begins anew. Professionally framed and ready to hang
