The part in the story where something becomes apart of something else

In The part in the story, where something is a part of something else, a solitary figure stands on ochre ground beneath an expansive sky of turquoise, cream, and white. A suspended arrangement of intersecting lines and vivid geometric forms gathers overhead, while wing-like shapes hover between earth and sky. Sweeping brushwork contrasts with the angular structure, creating a sense of both openness and connection. The title invites us to consider our place within a larger story—how a person, a moment, or a seemingly separate fragment might belong to something beyond itself.
