Bronx, triptych (2025)

"Bronx" is a large-format acrylic triptych, 72 by 24 inches (1.5 inches deep), composed of red bands that intersect and overlap on an ivory background. The color palette unfolds within a narrow range, from bright red to dark red, creating variations in depth where the layers overlap. The rhythm of the diagonal lines suggests tension and movement, without ever veering into chaos. The work as a whole evokes a structure that is both rigorous and instinctive, somewhere between controlled geometry and spontaneous gesture.
