Barcelona, triptych (2026)

"Barcelona" is part of the "Lumen" series, a triptych in acrylic on gallery-stretched canvas in a square format, measuring 60 by 20 inches in total (1.5 inches deep). The composition is based on a strictly geometric vocabulary: rectangles and bands of bold colors—bright red, lime green, sky blue, and white—arranged in successive layers against a black and dark gray background. The overlapping of these forms creates a rhythmic tension that evokes the movement and density of an urban environment. The transition from deep black to white in the right panel introduces a luminous variation that captures the viewer’s attention. The set is well-suited for a contemporary interior where color plays a defining role. The works can be sold separately (20 in. x 20 in.). Each piece is protected by a layer of varnish, ensuring its longevity. The artist’s signature is affixed to the side. They come with a signed certificate of authenticity, and a hanging system is already installed on the back, ready to be hung.
