Aura

This painting, titled Aura, unfolds a dreamlike landscape where nature is traversed by a vibrant and protective energy. Conceived as a mixed-media work, it integrates a marouflage technique featuring three cut linocuts that form the passetgland birds in mid-flight, progressing in harmony through the elements. Carried by this fluid movement, they appear guided by the luminous presence of the celestial body, which is also delicately marouflaged using textured and painted watercolor paper. The composition powerfully blends deep blue flats, a textured green foreground, and red accents that outline the contours of the landscape. These red outlines act precisely as an aura, a benevolent force field, or a protective glow enveloping the winged travelers on their journey.
