A separatist at heart, I wanted to bring together two things that are deeply a part of who I am: my passion for art and my love for my country ⚜️💙 As the “YES” movement seems to be gaining momentum once again, this artwork is a tribute to René Lévesque, his vision, his courage, and the legacy he left to the people of Quebec. As we approach a decisive election this coming October, I am hopeful that Quebec will assert itself once again, loud and clear—a people proud of their identity, their culture, and everything that makes them unique.
