("Get me out of myself!") deals with anxiety—ranging from visceral fears to the traumas that prevent us from freely moving toward personal fulfillment. It also visualizes the expression "racing thoughts" (overthinking). This work is built up in three dimensions and is presented in a 2-inch shadow box frame.
