Day Dream

This is a botanical watercolor painting featuring a cluster of trumpet-shaped flowers against a dark, contrasting background. Fiery Vibrancy: The petals feature a warm, rich palette of fiery orange, deep coral, and golden yellow highlights, giving the blossoms a glowing quality. Chiaroscuro Effect: High contrast defines the piece, as the luminous orange petals pop dramatically against a solid, dark espresso-brown or charcoal background. Natural Accents: Small, slender stems and small sepals are rendered in a fresh, bright chartreuse green, adding a cool-toned counterpoint to the warm blossoms.
