The Wild Girls / The Protectors

This composition brings together five female faces, inspired by half-woman, half-animal figures conceived as protectors of the home. Each face can also exist and be sold individually. The work echoes protective figures from Antiquity, such as Medusa, as well as animist traditions in which masks and animal figures are used to ward off negative energies and protect living spaces. The “Wild Girls” thus become protective presences, like amulets, watching over the home and those who inhabit it.
