Breakout

Breakout exists in two states. In natural light, layered gestures suggest contained motion and fragile equilibrium. Under UV, hidden fluorescent architectures surge, forming spiral tensions that feel both seductive and unstable. Inspired by dark-field microscopy imagery the work translates the microorganism’s persistence and transformative energy into a metaphorical architecture. It does not illustrate the bacteria literally, but evokes the tension between concealment and exposure. At 48" x 48", the piece surrounds the viewer, capturing the moment when the invisible asserts itself and resilience becomes active force.
