Both feet on the ground. This is the painting I made about the state I know best: full attachment to the physical world, to desire, to control. EGO doesn't float or transcend. It stands. Dense, animalistic, planted. The surface is a body that has stopped pretending to be anything other than what it is. The first piece in a trilogy completed in Barcelona.
