Triptych, Part 2: “The Present”

Work in a very limited edition: X / 4 From the triptych: “Past-Present-Future” This is the third piece, “The Present.” It is a work created using the Land Art technique, evoking a harmony between nature and human creation. Composed of beach debris, seashells, pebbles, small stones, and flowers, this terrestrial mandala engages in a poetic dialogue with its surroundings. The circular patterns and varied textures invite contemplation and meditation, reflecting the artist’s intuition and respect for natural beauty. This work is a celebration of life and resilience, rooted in Mosseau’s personal experience and his deep connection to the earth. Through this creation, he seems to have suspended time—which slips through one’s fingers like the fine sand on the beach—to craft an ephemeral work of art. This triptych was created during the natural cycle of high and low tides, which lasts between 8 and 12 hours.
