Rooted

Resting my head against a tree and feeling, beneath its bark, the depth of its roots. Imagining them sinking deep into the earth, where they intertwine, respond to one another, and silently connect with all living things. This connection reminds me, deep in my soul, that we are never truly separate. Beneath our feet, the earth connects our stories, our bodies, and our lives. It carries us, cradles us, and nourishes us. Like the roots of a tree, our connections are sometimes invisible, but they are definitely there. We are all connected.
